I would like to welcome you to the 2nd edition of the International Defence and Security
Exhibition DEFEA «Defense Exhibition Athens» which will take place in Athens, between 9th to
11th May 2023.

DEFEA is organized by ROTA Exhibitions and the Association of the Hellenic
Manufactures of Defence Material (SEKPY) under the auspices and the active collaboration of
the Hellenic Ministry of National Defence.

Following its successful 1st Edition, in July 2021, which marked the dynamic comeback of
Greece in the defence exhibition domain, «DEFEA» has been established as one of the leading
exhibitions of its kind in the broader region of the South Eastern Europe and the crossroads
between Europe, Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region.

Αt «DEFEA» an impressive number of foreign and local exhibitors, will demonstrate their
full range of products, while the presence of decision makers, force planners, government officials
and distinguished guests from EU members states , NATO nations and EU bodies, offer a great
opportunity for networking, industrial collaborations and new synergies.

A large number of high-level events like «Round Table Discussion» and VIP-lectures will
give the opportunity for analysis of the international situation, risk assessment and ways of
dealing with the challenges, but also workshops, presentations and demonstrations will inform the
visitors for new technologies and advanced defence systems.

Of course a tour and sightseeing in fabulous spring Athens, which combines the air of
